What we install
Every one of these starts the same way: we pull the old floor, look at what is underneath, and fix what is wrong before the new floor goes down. That step is where most bids differ, and it is the one you cannot see once the job is done.

Carpet Most homes in one day. Whole-house over 2,500 sq ft, two days. Power stretched, not kicked in, so it stays flat. -
Hardwood Acclimation 3 to 5 days, then 2 to 4 days to install Wood moves. We let it move before we nail it down, not after. -
Luxury vinyl Most homes 1 to 3 days Waterproof on top. Only as good as the subfloor underneath. -
Tile 2 to 4 days, plus grout cure before heavy use A tile floor fails at the substrate, never at the tile. -
Epoxy 2 to 3 days including cure. Vehicles back on in 3 to 5 days. If the prep is right, the coating lasts. If it is not, it peels. -
Polished concrete 3 to 5 days depending on square footage and grit sequence A real polish is ground into the slab. It is not a coating.

Already have floors
Repair is usually cheaper than replace
Wrinkled carpet, cracked grout, lifting planks, and scratched hardwood are often a few hours of work rather than a new floor. If a repair is the right answer, that is what we will recommend.
